Christopher Neubauer is vice president of Global Sourcing and Logistics at Ingersoll Rand. He and his team are responsible for direct, indirect and logistics spend for Ingersoll Rand. In this role, Chris will also work with the business to deliver I2V (Innovate to Value) cost savings and deploy best practices to reduce global inventory.
In his previous role, Chris served as vice president of Operational Excellence at Gardner Denver where he was responsible for leading and driving Operational Excellence initiatives in all aspects of the Gardner Denver business, including Operations, Supply Chain and Product Development. Prior to joining Gardner Denver, he spent five years at Videojet as vice president – DBS (Danaher Business System) and vice president – North American Engineering and Global Quality. Additionally, Chris spent 14 years with Valspar (since acquired by Sherwin Williams) in a variety of operational excellence, product development and customer-facing roles.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in materials science & engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in materials science from Northwestern University.
